01 / Production comes first
Successfully paid orders are processed for production and fulfillment through Printify and its print-provider network. Each product is made to order. Production time depends on the item and print provider.
02 / Shipping is a separate stage
After production, Printify and its delivery partners ship the product to the recipient name and delivery address supplied with your CustomLoopCo order. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination. Production and shipping are separate stages.
03 / Plan around the occasion
For birthdays, holidays, and other fixed dates, allow time for both production and shipping. Review the available estimates before placing an order. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Your address and delivery updates
Check your recipient name, complete delivery address, email, and product options before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if a detail is incorrect; changes may no longer be possible after fulfillment begins. Where tracking is available, use the tracking details provided for your shipment. Items may arrive separately when fulfilled by different print providers.
