Yes. CustomLoopCo is now open for orders. Choose a product, select its available options, and complete checkout. All products include free shipping to destinations available at checkout. An online design editor is not available yet.
What does CustomLoopCo create?
We focus on expressive T-shirt designs and personalized gift inspiration, drawing on pets, hobbies, family, and meaningful everyday moments.
Who produces and delivers the products?
CustomLoopCo products are produced and fulfilled through Printify and its print-provider network. Successfully paid orders are processed for production, then shipped to the delivery address supplied with your CustomLoopCo order.
Can I create my own design on the website?
An online design editor and custom ordering are not available yet. The Mug, Sweatshirt, and Ornament preview shows illustrative concepts only. It does not save a design or add it to an order. You can email a design idea to [email protected].
Are all the images products I can buy?
No. Images identified as AI-generated concept imagery illustrate our creative direction and gift ideas. Refer to the actual product listing for the design, materials, sizes, colors, and price of an item.
How do I choose a size and care for my T-shirt?
Check the individual product’s size chart, fabric details, and care instructions. Compare measurements with a garment you already like wearing; options and materials vary by product.
Is shipping free, and how long does delivery take?
Yes. All products sold by CustomLoopCo include free shipping to destinations available at checkout. Production and shipping are separate stages, and timing depends on the item, print provider, carrier, and destination. Free shipping does not guarantee a particular arrival date.
