The terms for using CustomLoopCo and purchasing our made-to-order products.

1. About CustomLoopCo

CustomLoopCo operates this storefront and is your contact for product and order questions. Products are produced and fulfilled through Printify and its print-provider network. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

2. Using the website

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the website, or submit content that infringes another person's rights. Keep your account credentials confidential. Available products can be ordered through the store; illustrative design concepts do not themselves guarantee product availability.

3. Products and personalization

Review each listing for materials, measurements, colors, options, care instructions, and price. Screen colors and illustrative mockups may differ from the finished item. Where personalization is available, check all submitted details carefully and ensure you have permission to use any supplied text or images. We use submitted design content as needed to produce and fulfill your requested product.

4. Orders and payments

Review your selected options, delivery address, contact details, and checkout total before submitting an order. Payment is processed through the provider offered at checkout. After successful payment and applicable order processing, the order is sent for production and fulfillment through Printify. Contact us promptly about errors or requested changes; changes may no longer be possible after production begins. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about the available resolution.

5. Free shipping and delivery

All products sold by CustomLoopCo include free shipping to destinations available at checkout. Free shipping does not mean immediate production or guaranteed arrival on a particular date. Production and transit times depend on the item, print provider, carrier, and destination. Supply a complete, accurate delivery address. Any applicable taxes or import charges are separate from shipping; review checkout and destination requirements. See our shipping information for further details.

6. Product issues, returns, and cancellations

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive as expected, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue; photographs may help us investigate. Review our returns and order support information before purchasing. Contact us before sending an item back. These terms do not exclude any mandatory consumer rights.

7. Website content and external services

CustomLoopCo content and product artwork may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Browsing or buying a product does not grant a license to reproduce artwork commercially. Linked services, including payment providers, operate under their own terms. We aim to keep product information accurate and may correct errors or update availability; this does not remove rights attached to an accepted order under applicable law.

8. Privacy, applicable rights, and questions

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about concerns so we can seek a practical resolution. Updates will be dated here; changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to an earlier purchase.
